Can I switch between monthly and yearly plans?
Yes, you can switch between plans at any time. If you switch from monthly to yearly, we will
adjust your billing accordingly.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription through your account dashboard. Please ensure to cancel at
least 49 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
Will I have access to customer support during my subscription?
Yes, all subscribers have access to our dedicated customer support team, available via email
24/7.

Is there a limit to the number of interactions I can have with the chatbot on my plan?

What happens if I exceed my usage limits?
