Can the Chatbot Collect Leads and Customer Information?
Not Yet: Right now, the chatbot cannot collect leads or customer information. However, we are
working on this feature and it will be available soon. You will receive an email when this new

What Languages Can the AI Chatbot Respond In?
Our ai360 chatbot can respond in most major languages. It will answer questions in the language that the user uses to ask.
What Happens If a Customer Asks a Question Not in the Data Source?
If a customer asks a question that isn't covered by the information you uploaded, the chatbot will respond with:
“I'm sorry, but I can only provide answers based on the information I have. If you have questions
about …….. feel free to ask!”
Is the ai360 Chatbot Secure?
Yes, the ai360 chatbot is absolutely secure. It’s hosted on a secure platform, and we strictly
follow GDPR and DPDP policies to protect all our client’s data.
Do You Store Chatbot Data?
No, we do not store or use the chatbot data. Once you delete your chatbot, all data associated with it is automatically deleted.
