How to Embed a Chat Widget

Follow these steps to embed your ai360 chat widget into your website:

Step 1: Get the Chatbot Script

• Go to your Dashboard.
• In the Actions column, click the eye icon. This will open a pop-up for the AI Chatbot Script.

Step 2: Copy the Embed Code

• After opening the AI chatbot script, click on “Copy” to copy the embed code.
• The embed code is a snippet you’ll need to paste into your site’s HTML code.

Step 3: Paste the Embed Code to Your Website

• Open your website’s HTML code.
• Paste the embed code just before the closing tag.

Step 4: Save and Test

• Save your changes.
• Test the chat widget on your website to ensure it’s working correctly.
