Click on Delete icon.
If you delete your chatbot by mistake and need it recovered, please contact us within 3 days. Our team will try to help, but we cannot guarantee recovery.
How to Put a Chatbot on Pause for Maintenance
If you need to temporarily disable your chatbot for repairs or updates, you can place it under
scheduled maintenance. This will prevent website users from interacting with it until it’s
reactivated.
Go to your Dashboard.
In Edit – Chatbot, change the chatbot status to Inactive.
Can I Set Up Multiple Chatbots?
Yes, you can create multiple chatbots for different businesses or websites. However, you cannot
create multiple chatbots for the same business on the same domain.
