This Refund Policy governs the refund process for subscription plans offered by ai360, a service powered by Miracify Tech. By subscribing to ai360, users agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Refund Eligibility
1.1 Subscription Plans:
Refunds are applicable only to subscription plans purchased directly from ai360 chatbot official platform or authorized partners.
1.2 Eligibility Criteria:
- Refunds are offered if the user requests a cancellation within the specified time frame (see Section 2).
- Refunds will not be issued for the following:
- Partial periods of use (e.g., unused days in a billing cycle).
- User dissatisfaction caused by misuse or non-compliance with the Terms of Use.
- Downtime caused by scheduled maintenance or events beyond ai360 chatbot control.
1.3 Technical Issues:
Refunds may be considered if the user experiences significant, unresolved technical issues preventing use of the service and reports the issue to ai360 Support.
2. Refund Request Time Frame
2.1 Free Trials:
No charges are applied during the free trial period (if available). Users must cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges. Refunds are not applicable once the trial transitions to a paid subscription.
2.2 Refund Window:
Refunds may be requested within the following time frames:
- Monthly Subscriptions: Within 4 days of the initial purchase or renewal.
- Annual Subscriptions: Within 5 days of the initial purchase or renewal.
All the REfund will be done once after the approval , Amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5-10 bussiness days .
3. Refund Process
3.1 How to Request a Refund:

3.3 Refund Method:
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. ai360 chatbot is not responsible for delays caused by the payment processor or financial institution.
4. Special Cases and Exceptions
4.1 Promotional Discounts:
Refunds for subscriptions purchased at a discounted or promotional rate will be processed based on the discounted price.
4.2 Third-Party Purchases:
If the subscription was purchased through a third-party provider (e.g., app stores), refund requests must be directed to that provider and are subject to their refund policies.
5. Cancellations and Termination
5.1 User-Initiated Cancellations:
- Users can cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund unless within the refund window (see Section 2).
5.2 Service Termination by ai360:
If AI360 terminates a subscription due to non-compliance with the Terms of Use, no refunds will be issued.
